Shoots great, Is it a factory barrel & frame match. Barrel looks to be factory power ported

Your franken-gun definitely has a Ruger GP100 trigger.

I'd agree that it's a factory barrel but with the "Smith & Wesson" stamped off center, my guess is that the front of the barrel was turned down after it left the factory and at the same time the front sight was modified out of necessity. That's all a guess on my part but only because of the above mentioned observations and that I've never seen another like it.
