686-3 4 inch carry comp

I snagged a 686-3 4 inch carry comp gun last night offline and in the book it shows it as a Lew Horton gun but it was built by the performance center and supposedly there were less than 300 made, the label product code doesn’t match the performance center code in the book. Does anyone have anymore information on this gun? I’ve only seen one other one that sold and it went for almost 3k

It’s a pcb prefix. I just can’t find any info hardly on the 4 inch. Thanks

Got in contact with Susan who used to work for lew Horton and she verified my gun is indeed a lew Horton special edition. I should get the factory letter for it also. I’m super stoked.
