Hi all.
Ive been on a search for a simple not too expensive holster to carry my 686. There are plenty of holsters for 4" models, and I have one. But I dont see to many inexpensive holsters (or used) for the 3" bbl models.
Heck, Id even take a 2.5" bbl model too, and let the other 1/2" hang.
Price wise, Id like to stay under $50. The cheaper the better.
Im not looking for something to last me forever...just something to carry once in a while, walking in the woods, etc. Would like an OWB type concealment type holster (well, as far as you can conceal a revolver of that width anyway).
I am not opposed to having the end of the barrel hanging out, but its not a preference. Id rather it wasnt, but its not a big deal to me.
Any thoughts/ideas?
I know most times you get what you pay for, but Ive had a few cheaper holsters that worked as well as the really expensive ones. If I had the money, Id just go for a Simply Rugged Sourdough....but even those are a bit high for me right now.
