686 3" Talo in the box,what about them?

Looking at a 686 3", Talo in the box. By what I can tell in the pictures. I would say, it is like new. What are these going for and I want your opinion of these guns. I have some reviews,that are not that favorable. Just want honest opinions,and what is a good price for one in the original box.

3 inch 686 is a favorite of mine. The cosmetic Talo modifications are minor. Talo grips too thin for me, but easily replaced.

There are different TALO 686 models, but they are basically standard production with slight cosmetic or barrel length differences not always available straight from S&W. Cost new is generally only slightly more than regular S&Ws and used run about the same.

IOWs, they are a 686. No better and no worse. The 686 is a S&W workhorse and has been the standard for modern production medium frame revolvers for years. New they go for $750-$800. Used probably $6-650.
