686 grips

[Condition Yellow]

Does anyone have a pair of the Herrett cocobolo grips for K/L frames that CDNN sells? Are they the same size as factory target grips or smaller? I'd like to try a pair, but I want something smaller than the targets my 686 is wearing.

Yes. I have several pairs for both the k frame and N frame. They are slightly smaller than the old S&W target grips. They are very nice looking and I like them on my guns.

Likewise I have them for K & N frames, also seem a little slimmer which is fine by me. Also bought a pair for a BHP, make my Browning look and feel good, so I got another pair for another HP. I think these are very good deals. I also just got 2 pair for my Colt D frame and my Python, they are cut higher under the frame than factory grips and are also slimmer. But they are a good buy also IMHO.

Thanks for the input. Any comments on Ahrend Retro Target grips? Are they smaller than the factory targets? Factory targets are too large for my hand, but I think Magnas would be to small, so I'm looking for something more-or-less in the middle.

I would LOVE some Grashorn elk grips, but I think they are too small for an L frame.
