Can't find any dedicated 5" belt holster for my 686 Plus 5". I'm not wanting a 6", anyone out there have one? Not liking to spend $134 for Smith Performance 5" holster!

My go to gun

Wsmitty01 have you called any of the holster makers to ask about making you one?
I love mine and plan on having the ElPaso boys make a cross draw fancy holster for it. No one stocks for this low production piece.
There are two barrel types of the 5" 686-6, 7 shot. One has the full lug and one with the conventional half lug. Mine is the one with then half lug. Both styles appear to weigh and handle the same.

El Paso Saddlery made one for me in left hand crossdraw. It's made to order so you can have it right or left, crossdraw or strong side, sized for you belt width, and several stamping patterns. I'm happy with mine!

Wow, another barrel configuration.

Bastogne71, Thanks for the holster up-date. That is the third barrel configuration that I've seen for the 686-plus, too cool.
Coopers have been part of Roanoke City Police for a hundred years.
Thanks for the picture.

I recently bought a Safariland leather belt / paddle combo from MidwayUSA for my 5" 625-2 N-frame for $42 on sale. It was listed as appropriate for a 5" N-frame, but I believe they had a .45 Long Colt or .44 Mag or .41 Mag in mind because the cylinder mold is just a hair long. I presume Safariland offers a similar rig for yours. I believe it was listed as a model 567/568 holster. One is for a belt and the other is a paddle. Mine came with both inter-changeable attachments.
