8 Rounds?

Picked up my new M&P45C today. Today when I attempted to put either magazine in the pistol with 8 rounds the magazines would not fully seat. If I put in with only 7 rounds there was no problem. I have noticed several posting indicating that the magazines should be fully loaded and left setting to help break in the new magazines. Does this seem like the most likely cause?

Yes, that is what I did,I had uplula to put 8th one in but once I got it in and let it sit for a day have not had problem since.

I was pretty sure that was the issue, and further research seems to back that up. I will go back and fully load both and let them set for a few days and see what happens.

Had to do that with all of my 45c mags. Didn't take more than a day to loosen them up.
