8 shot J frame

I realize it wouldn't really be J frame anymore after the necessarily larger cylinder was crammed into it, but my point is that with the sudden and dramatic increase in small guns for the concealed carry market, a maxed out "J" frame would fit in real well. If your standard cap compact autoloader carries about 7 or 8 of something, having an 8 round snubby revolver firing .38 +P would be something that could compete on every level.

Sorry, but the only way to get 8 or more rounds and stay with a J frame is to go with .22LR or carry two of the little guns in .38 special.

Of course you could go with a light weight L frame but the gun would be bigger.

Yes, I have the same dream of a high capacity J frame and that is why I own a 3913.

Yes,

I too own a 3913 as well as a CS9, but there is something about a wheelgun that will always bring me back to it. Maybe a 327 magnum with 7 rounds?
