Wal-Mart sells the cheap stuff for @ $19 a box of 50, but finding it is a long shot.

Freedom Munitions have pretty decent prices for new and reloaded ammo.

Just for target shooting in a time of high prices and low quantity, I found that the TulAmmo 9mm is fantastic for target shooting. I have fired over a 1000 rounds through my M&P9 without a hicup. The only thing I don't like is that I can't the brass as it is as steel case. Wally World sells it for around $10 (when they have it. Even the Tulammo Brass (with brass cases) sells about the same.

Ive used a variety of ammo in my SD9VE. Winchester white box, Independence, Magtech, and ZQI 9mm NATO rounds... It all ran fine...
Just picked up a couple hundred reloads at a gun show that im gonna run through the gun rather soon... We will see how that runs.... lol

I've been using cheap Bosnian Tulammo BrassMax in 100 count tubs from WalMart for $23.99 with nearly flawless success thus far (9mm). I did have one FTF somewhere between the 15-20th round the first time shooting the gun, however, now several hundred rounds later it's been flawless.

Interesting. The only Tula Brass max I've seen has been made in Italy (Fiotchi).
I buy whatever is cheapest. Usually around $15/box

I buy all my centerfire ammo from either Bulkammo.com or ammo.net.
It's not necessarily the cheapest or most expensive.There's no guessing what's in stock.I always buy a case so I'm not constantly shopping around.There's also a big variety in each caliber to choose from.

-That's a pretty good price, Ditto. My LGS has American Eagle 9mm right now for $19.99. And they still have CCI Blazer .40S&W for $15.99, which I will be there today to grab another box...

i usually pay alot less but since my reloader was out of 9mm i had to go to a LGS for reloads for my 9mm's. paid $74.99 for 250 rounds

Our Academy had their Monarch steel cased 9mm at about $11 a box. I haven't seen the brass version though.
Walmart has the 100rd Tulammo brass for $23, but it sells out quickly. They don't get it on any kind of regular basis, it's just luck if you find it.

Okay thanks. I wish I had one nearby, my closest Academy store is an hour away.
