I'd go for a little slower powder for the heavier loads. You can get into pressure trouble with bullseye quicker than you can get the screamer velocity.

You are going to have to get out the old loading books and work up to the load you want. I have some major loads for my Sigma 9mm but I wont publish them here. They have been published in the past. :)

There are two manuals that I have that that give upper end loads for the 9MM. Sierra second edition and the Hornady third edition. Now when I reviewed that data it occurs to me that they were seating the bullets rather short even for a 115JHP. I would personally recommend that you use current reload data. The 9MM is already a high pressure round and the seating depths are longer in the new manuals.

I used to shoot a lot of 115JHP's at 1300fps and found them to be hard on the gun and the cases. BlueDot worked the best with Unique being second in velocity. With all the new data and powders available I'm sure you can work up a satisfactory load with less pressure. Take time to review all the free online data available and start low and work your way up. If you do choose to shoot the high end loads I will suggest that you buy extra recoil springs and replace them often. They are inexpensive and will help tame the recoil. Just my opinion but I have been there and done that.

The problem w/ old manuals is the old powder that they used to put those loads together. Todays powder formulas have changed just a bit from manuf to manuf. I only use my old books w/ old powder to be safe.
As to +P loads in the 9mm w/ BE, unsafe iMO. You need at least a medium burner like Unique or WSF or HS6, slower i sbetter when dealing w/ high pressures. Geting 115gr bulelts @ 1300fps is easily done w/ those powders.

Loading manuals have loads that will duplicate the velocities of factory +P ammo. They don't call it +P mainly because they're not selling ammo. You need to work up your load with the components you are using and a chrono to check velocities.

FWIW a load of 6.0grs of Unique behind a Remington 115gr JHP runs out the muzzle of a Walther P38 at 1,257 fps and while its not the 1,300 fps of the +P+ ammo its as warm as most +P.

What load book are you using? Are you cross-referencing other sources? If it's not listing a +p load, it's probably because Bullseye is not a good powder for that application. Power Pistol, Ramshot Silhouette, and Unique would all be slow enough to get the velocity you want without spiking pressure.

Unique would be the fastest powder I would use to make a +P load in 9mm.

SR4756, AA#7 (AA#5 for that light of a bullet maybe), HS-6 or any other powder in that range.

Personally, SR4756 would get my pick as I have a ton of it, figuratively speaking, that is! ;)

I had a friend who loaded Blue Dot behind 124 gr bullets. Didn't have a chrono at the time, but sizing the fired cases produced the cutest little belted magnum cases you ever saw. I didn't ever want to know the powder charge.

Seriously, if you're gonna play in that ballpark, you NEED a chronograph. You may be getting more velocity than you think and some bullet/powder combinations may surprise you. I do believe a Remington 115 gr JHP ahead of 5.2/5.3 gr of WW 231 produced 1250 fps in one of my guns. This load was OK in the references I had available. Your milage may vary and any use of the load mentioned is at your own risk.

While I do not advocate its use, I have loaded the 9mm Zero 115 jhp over 7.8 gr of VV 3N37 to an overall length of 1.142 in non plated Winchester cases. That load made 1315 fps from a Glock 19. Dean
