The first picture I believe are small game strap carriers? Nice leather, appear unused.

The second, no clue. Something to do with horses? There is a horse on one of them. They are about 9 inches long.

Stick the dead birds' head in the noose and attach to your belt or toss over a shoulder. Makes it much easier to carry a limit out of the field.

They use those in NY City when walking more than 7 Tea Cup Chihuahua's at a time, I'm sure I am right.
