A Halloween Grinch?

Here's hoping that the lady's front yard will be covered by the wadded up letters thrown away by the kids & their parents. If she doesn't provide a treat, she deserves a trick.

Yeah, probably oversteps bounds all right. At least it doesn't involve apples and razor blades, though. Guess we have to be thankful for small favors, eh?

Since the lady is advertising this ahead of time, maybe the "creative";) neighborhood kids can put together some letters of their own to her, choosing whichever of her characteristics would invite "helpful criticism" like what she is doling out to them.

Gosh, I wish I lived in that neighborhood....:D

I have a bad feeling for this woman. Maybe one of the kids will write a letter letting her know how they really feel.

I had something else written but my bad word filter isnt working I don't think.

I'm concerned about childhood obesity, and happy that none of my grandchildren suffer from it. More parents need to take a firm hand, limit snacks and sodas, cut back the fast food, and get the kids outdoors for vigorous play instead of endless texting and video games.

But other peoples' kids are none of that woman's damn business. Concern is one thing. Meddling is another.

As much as a LOATHE halloween, I would never ruin it for a child. Especially like that! I remember how magical it was when I could trick or treat around the neighborhood. Sad times gentlemen...sad times.
