A little help please

Anyone out there using a suppliment/drug called "Alpha Lipoic Acid" for diabetic/neurapathy conditions? If so, could you please comment on what results you are getting.

My wife has Peripheral Neurapathy. She has tried 2 different prescription drugs. She had a lot of problems with Epitol but the Lyrica worked. She wanted to try the ALA. She has been using Natures Plus Ultra Lipoic Supplement with success. Talk to your MD and then give it a try. Good luck
