I want to replace the factory flash hider on my M&P 10 with an A2 style flash hider.

What is the thread pitch?

What diameter is the crush washer that I need?

308/7.62 use different pitch than .223 guns for obvious reason. 5/8 24 thread if I recall correctly, vs 1/2 in.

You may find something out there you like, but doubt it will be what you are thinking! As they are specific to the larger bore.

I changed mine out with a Jd machine break. I have a set of shims that where needed to line up the break just perfect. Brownells carries them
