I have run roughly 400 rounds through my MP10. 200 of outback 168 Sierra match king and 200 of hornady 168 match. Switched to federal 149 XM80C, now I am short stroking (at least I think). Rounds eject, but won't feed. Will an adjustable gas block fix the problem.

Using a Troy lp gas block, magpul mags, PRS, surefire muzzle break, Troy battle TRX 12".

If you load one round of the XM80C in a mag will the bolt lock back on firing? Any changes to the buffer tube, recoil spring or buffer?

If the rifle is under-gassed with this ammo the adjustable gas block will not help. I would check your gas block alignment.

I have some Troy items but not a gas block. Might want to research it... When I was gas block shopping for my current build I saw more than one complaint of Troy's not cycling properly and/or being poorly machined requiring slight boring to actually fit on a .750 barrel. A non-adjustable block is supposed to be full gas and adjustable just allows you to lower it. I ended up using a Sadlak long nose low profile to cover up pins from a removed FSB.

As CB said also check the block alignment and make sure there is no obstruction in block or gas tube.
