Advice on upgrades for M&P40c

I recently purchased the M&P.40 Shield, and am absolutely lovin it. I'm new to the forum as I am to Smith&Wesson but am very pleased with the gun. I want to get a grip but cant decide on which would fit best, and possibly new/better sights. What are some good upgrades I can make without going broke? Thank you in advance for your thoughts and keep up the good talk on the forum, I've learned more than imaginable since singing up.

I've got the Shield in 9mm and all I've done to it are Tru-Glo TFO sights and an Apex duty/carry trigger kit and the pistol is perfect.

I've been researching that Apex kit and will probably end up getting it. The factory sights are fine I'd just like to customize the gun a bit. The only thing I need is something on the handle for better support. I've saw many different kinds but don't know which would fit proper without having to alter the grip and also I'd like a mag ext. like a Pierce grip. Do you know if those they have advertised fit?

You want a mag extension on top of the already extended magazine that came with the gun? And as far as grips the only one I've really looked into are Talon Grips. They're relatively inexpensive and have pretty great reviews.

No. Well I'm not sure. I have a Taurus PT-111 G2 and it came stock with like a pinky rest on the end of both mags. I just wasnt sure if anyone sold aome that fit the Shield. Its just a little piece you put on the end of the mag for extra support.

Ohhhh ok, I know what you're talking about, yea Pierce Grips sell those for like $10 a piece or so I believe and it should fit under the grip piece on the extended magazine. It's no problem brother.
