After 55 yrs on the planet Noah discovers Mossberg 22s

Bought a nice without sights US 44A a few years ago. Got a scope mount from Havilin sales and mounted a Leupold four power on it. What a tack driver! I sorta gravitate towards the older stuff, they have more soul than the new stuff!

Love my 44M, w/ original scope. Agree w/ problem getting magazines. Found a couple at gun shows. Anybody have
a good source for the magazines? The guns sold by CMP
are _without_ magazines.

Back in the mid-50's I'm pretty sure it was a Mossberg I lusted for; it had a forearm that pivoted down to form a front pistol-type grip. Anyone remember that model number?

TrooperDan......That was a model 152. I have one. Mr Mossburg gave the gun to my boss in the 30's. My boss gave it to me in the 70's. I'll be giving it to one of my sons soon.
I have one with the fold down fore-end too, it is a model 352K...the fold down fore-ends came in a variety of models, I believe culminating in the 353. My 352k is for sale if you're interested, contact me offline.
