Trying to find date of manufacture info for:
Airweight J-frame 442, Black, No lock.

Call S&W Customer Service, 800-331-0852, and they can tell you the exact date the gun was "put-up" for guns with the alpha-numeric serial numbers.

Those triple alphas are a bear. I couldn't actually find a listing for CRY, but I am guesstimating 2010-2012, probably 2011. With luck somebody with better info will jump in soon.
