Age of Model 10-10 Plus manufacturing dates

Can anyone tell me the date of this S&W Model 10-10 (BJC59XX), and maybe the years that it was manufactured. I have been all over trying to find the info myself. How do you members find this information, amazes me. Thanks.

According to the book Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson, 3rd Edition (Supica and Nahas), the Model 10-10 was made from 1988 until 1997. Your serial number isn't listed in the manual, but it is likely 1992 or so.
