I have been using Aguila SE 40 gain standard velocity ammunition in my Mdl. 41...great stuff...cheap, accurate, and very clean burning.

I'm getting a little low on ammo. It's been awhile since I bought this ammo and I was wondering if Aguila still uses the Eley priming process in their .22 ammo.

Thanks for any help you can give.

I've bought Aguila from Midway in the last year, and they were still using it. Can't answer for the random stock of a random distributor, but I'd bet an email to Aguila could tell you if they've ever stopped using it. :)

If it still smells like burning wire, it would probably be the same recipe :D.

Seriously though, I have been impressed with Aguila rimfire ammunition; the match grade stuff is very accurate and reasonably priced. From what I have heard, the rest of it is good quality as well.
