Aimpoint Pro confusion

Just got my Aimpoint Pro today and I'm confused as to what the exact model number is. The manual covers the 9000SC, 9000L, CompC3, CompM2, CompML2, CompM3 & CompML3 but no mention of a Pro model.

Mine appears to have an off, 4 NVD and 5 daylight settings.

I'm confused what model number the Pro is and the manual states all of the NVD capable models have 6 daylight settings but mine seems to only have 5.

Can anyone offer some insight? Purchased brand new from MidwayUSA.

Thanks!

Bill

Well starting with "off" there are a total of 10 clicks. The next 4 are NVD (I'm assuming since I have no night vision gear but I can't see anything on any of those settings even in total darkness) then the next 5 clicks the dot appears and gets progressively brighter until the last click when it looks like a comet. Wonder if they consider "off" to be one of the 6 daylight settings? Or perhaps I'm not seeing the very first daylight setting because of my old eyes - but if it's that then there would only seem to be 3 NVD settings plus "off" being considered one of the 4 NVD'S.

Off then 4 NVD and 6 daylight would mean 10 clicks past off. Unless my math is as bad as my eyes. :-)

Edit: I'm an idiot! There are 4 NVD and 6 daylight with no "off" apparently on the Pro. Now it makes sense. Wish I knew what model in the manual the Pro is still though.

They ALL function the same, regardless of which one you have, every one has the exact same controls.
Adjusting POI=Same
Changing battery=Same
Mounting=Same
Hey, for at least $100 less than an M2, give them a little slack, gotta cut corners somewhere!:D

I was looking to pick one of these up. What do you think of it so far?

Haven't shot with it yet but build wise I'm very impressed, especially for $370. I'd have loved to have had a T1 Micro but not for close to $300 more.
