2. SOLD!! Made by Ahrends Grips in 2011 from Moradillo wood in their Tactical Finger Groove style. They have a hand rubbed Tung Oil finish, are open along the back side of the frame, and extend about ¼" below front of the grip frame. No dings or scuffs. $80.00 shipped priority mail. SOLD!!
3. SOLD!! Made by Eagle Grips from Rosewood in the boot grip style that does not extend below the grip frame. They are open along the back side of the frame. No dings or scuffs. <EDIT!!>A question via PM has raised the possibility that I have incorrectly identified these grips. I have checked the Eagle Grip website and compared the external views of my grips with their Secret Service grip for the N Frame round butt revolver. Mine look externally exactly the same as those pictured. I could not see the inside of the grips on the website. As you can see, the inside of these grips are constructed similarly to some of the grips built for S&W by Altamont. That is, they have a neatly routered "N" inside each grip as well as the two metal index pins that keep the grips from moving and are fitted into the front of the back side of the grips. It is possible these are copies of the Eagle grips made by Altamont for S&W and were shipped as OEM. If they are copies, they appear to me to be exact outwardly. I looked through the Altamont website pictures of all girps for sale for N Frame round butts and found nothing that looks like these.
My ID card with the grips has listed the date of my purchase of the grips in early 2013 and identified as Eagle Rosewood. My memory at this point provides no other information and I do not have the original paperwork or box for the grips. I still believe they are Eagle grips, but I do not wish to misidentify these grips to anyone. They are very well made and beautiful grips and fit my Model 325 NG very well. With all that said, their appearance and these photos should let you see what they are. They are still for sale at the price originally posted. If anyone has questions or comments, please contact me by PM and I will be happy to respond. $80.00 (Now $70.00) shipped priority mail. SOLD!!
