Alloy frame touch up on 3rd gen. pistols

Is there any product on the market 1 can purchase to touch up a few scratches that is on the coating that is put on the 3rd gen .5900 frames , I have a place on the side of the triger guard that the finish is down to where you can see the shinny alloy frame of the pistol.Thanks

Stumpie, I wish that I knew of something. I have a 669 that had a frame that was in need of major refinishing and the only thing that I could have done was to have my smith MolyCoat it. He was able to match the color perfectly and the finish has been perfect and extremely durable.

If it's just a matter of some minor wear from finger contact I'd leave it be. I have small areas like that on many if not most of my alloy frame Smiths and I just consider it a testament of use. That 669 was a whole different story!

Nothing major its just that I like my guns to look good and things like those minor things drives me nuts , but I do agree with you and Thanks for the reply.
