Just want to make sure you know that these sights are shipped with destructive screws. To replace the sight blade, you tear the head off the little screw and then back the other one out from the other side. S&W sells sight-blade kits that have all the parts you need.
If you are talking about the elevation screw, do you know that there is a little threaded plate under the rear sight arm that does the work of raising or lowering the rear sight? The screw actually just pushes on the revolver's frame and the plate goes up and down as you turn the screw. Caution: If you ever take a rear sight completely off the gun, you can lose the little plate without half trying. Guess how I know this.
