Alternative to Purdy Gear Holsters ..

I heard from Karla, she is not taking custom orders any longer due to health issues and I was wondering anyone had a good alternative of the same good high quality?

BTW, I hope she manages ... she always did GREAT work.

*Note, this is just an example of her work. this is NOT my holster. I was going to have her make me one for revolver and for 1911 and I got a note that she was not taking custom orders any longer.

Thank you to those that posted. I ordered a "test" holster from Baranti. I will test it out and if they are as good as they look, I will order more ...

There is also a Facebook-based company called American Classic Gun Leather. I might give him a shot too.

They are Understand they are Not Cheep and lead times can be Long. But they are well worth the cost and delivery time!

Swordslinger Custom Holster

I just ordered 2 holsters from a company called Swordslinger Custom Holsters. A Russert Brown with Tri Basket weave wings and a Black Sharkskin Inlay Stiffener for my K frame 3" revolvers and a Blood Stain with tri Basket weave wings and a Black Sharkskin Inlay Stiffener for my L frame 4" revolvers. He is a one man operation so be prepared to wait. Current lead time is 4 months. Each was $195 plus shipping. All the Holsters are LINED. Matthew the owner was quick to respond to my questions (Phone calls and Text messages) and a pleasure to do business with. These are samples from his website. He has posted several videos. He also does Exotic skin holsters, Belts, Bible Covers and Gun Cases. I will post the actual holsters when I receive them.
