Is USGI Bianchi M-12 pistol holster satisfactory for use with M1911 and Commander pistols?

Not having seen an M-12 or Bianchi's M66 (antecedent. of M-12??), I am interested in a durable completely ambidextrous holster for Commander length slide. I do not know of similar holsters that are intended for 1911s.

The civilian predecessor to the M-12, called the UM-84 (universal military 1984) was tailored to the 1911, while the M-12 itself was tailored to the Beretta; which is larger all 'round. There are other, minor differences in the flap itself.

The UM-84 will also accommodate the 3/4" shorter Commander. The M-12 was made and supplied to the military by several companies that included Bianchi as the first of them; their names are moulded into the polymer panel.
