Just picked up a bulk box of 1000 Remington 9mm from Dick's for $279.
Maybe there is loosening of this shortage.

Yes, until the next nut shoots up a group of people. Then we'll be right back where we were.
Get 'em while you can.

I've noticed the same thing with Winchester USA/WB this week.

On Saturday while at my local Bass Pro they had so many .40 100rd and 50rd boxes that they had it stocked on the shelves instead of just on a cart behind the gun case.

The local WM has had the same come in twice so far this week.

Found 500 rounds of 40S&W and 100 9mm at Wally-World a week or so ago but still no .22. If they are working longer to manufacture wonder where the .22 is going to. Most center fire can be found on the internet but shipping kill ya when you find a good deal.

I thought that Ammo relief was how I felt after going to the range and firing off about 200 rds!

What state and town? Out here near Austin TX there's no ammo to be found in retail stores unless you camp it out.

I scored 3 boxes of 9mm 50 rounds Federal in my local Walmart last week for the first time this year!! My store shelves are always empty.. Still I'm there so I ask.. This is getting nut's.. ya no .22 bricks.. Pricing on the internet is out of this world for .22LR bricks.. Still no range time for me this year! Not unless I find ammo on it's way back with the exception of teaching my wife the way around her 9mm. That's where my ammo will go if she decides to start learning.. I feel the ammo i have would be put to a useful cause this way.. Just can't get here down to the range yet.. I think she has issues....... George

Just got back from Cabela's, Buda, TX (1/2-hour south of Austin). NO handgun ammo at all; not even the unpopular calibers. They said they've been getting some in, but it sells almost the same day.

On the positive side, their handgun showcases were markedly better-filled with NEW guns; almost like the old days. Noticed an SA XDs-45 (all black) for $599. No Shields but plenty of other S&W autos. Didn't think to check the supply of ARs.

well at least you wont lose any ammo lol, hope she comes around though

I don't know if it's a good deal but i just bought 3 boxes of Aguila 124gr. 9mm ammo online from 9mmammo.com for $17.99 a box with $12 shipping. I have a hard time finding ammo in my area so it seemed like an ok price for some range ammo.
