Another Inexpensive .22 Revolver

Picked up this cut down (from 4 inches to 3 inches) Rossi .22 revolver. Work looks to be very well done. Had the original box and papers too. Price was so low, I had to take it home.

It looks nice and stout. Have you had a chance to fire it yet?

Not yet, but lock up is tight and timing seems perfect.

If you can fire 100 rounds without a problem, it's a very good deal. Rossi's have a checkered past, but I have heard those built in the past couple of years are much more reliable.

I picked this one, a 38, but the same basic gun I'm sure, not too long ago. Seems to be a good shooter, although I admit most of my 38 time is spent with a Python.

I even found a neat little Hunters holster for it. Too bad I don't get out anywhere to wear it these days.

If the Rossi works for you, what's not to like? .22 revolvers are sweet. I'm currently tempted by a Charter Arms .22 I saw on line last weekend.

The current Charter Arms 22 lineup is awesome for the money. I have one in 22 Winchester Magnum and carry it all the time while out back on my property. Can't beat it for the price!
