Happy birthday.

I'll finish my 71st trip around the sun the day before you.

I got a couple bottles of whiskey and a new hat for my birthday. At his age I suspect the hat might outlast me.

Not a fan of whiskey, got two(?) bottles that are aging in my wine cellar. They will outlast me. Now, the palm hat, I might get two years out of it for dress/work/church. Then it joins the ranks of my yard hats. My felt hats are going on 10 years. Most of my boots are a decade old and one pair was purchased while we were dating, 33 years ago.
