I have a devil of a time buying clips, grips and holsters. For those in Rio Linda that would be magazines, stocks and leather work. I just bought a holster for m29 83/8" barrel on line. No maker but looked new and was lined, just what I look for. Holster arrives and to my surprise it has S&W logo and 10-S stamped on back. That the good news. Bad news is two fold. 1 it's not a belt holster, 2 it is made for scoped firearm. A N frame does fit it nicely. From view provide from front it just looked like generic holster.
I'm wondering if the shoulder stuff is available and what it looks like. Holster looks brand new so should be worth investing in harness. That way would be tradable, as is worth nothing. Any info on this appreciated.

Check with Gould & Goodrich for a harness. It is my understanding that they made some of the S&W branded holsters. Maybe this is one of them.

Galco harnesses use leather straps that are 1" wide along the area where they attach to a holster or other accessory, so that might be an option.

Might it be a chest holster? Or usable as one - as the angle suggests.
