Model 12's are great pump guns......designed by Thomas Johnson of Winchester after the Browning/Winchester split......I have 2 a 1912 12 ga with 2 bbls(nickel steel) and a 20 indentical to Hardware's.

Anybody have a 28 gauge? I suspect there will always be a hole in the collection.

Been on the lookout for a nice model 42... but even the rough ones are going for a premium

One of my favorite shotguns, shot quail, ducks, geese, rabbits and squirrels with a mod 12 in 20g when a youngster. Other favorite
shotguns are the Browning sweet 16 and Winchester doubles.

Finally found the M-12 I wanted a few years ago . Vent rib Cutts, great shape. Great shooter. After the last shoulder operation the Surgeon said no more shotguns or high powered rifles. Old age SUX!

Beautiful shotgun. The model 12 Winchester is the gun all other
pumps are judged by. The only ones that come close are Rem 31
and Ithaca 37. There are no contenders on today's market.
