I'm a wheelgun man first. I've come to add a few semi autos to the collection over time. I like the glocks two 45's and a 9 later. Any others out there. My other is a ruger p95 great gun.
No...............
but if you send me a "G" ..........
I will let you know if I like it or not..........................
PS;
I have to let you know that I am a "Old Fart" and set in my old ways.....
Walnut and Oak is King.......
High tensile Steel is Best ......
Plastic "Sucks"............
but I have been known to take a back seat.....................
I've owned a G19 since they 1st came out in '89. since then, I've added a G26, so my 26 y/o G19 could retire.
My Wife also has a G26 and it's her primary CC pistol. She likes my Shield, but prefers her G26.
I have purchased fourteen Glocks in five years. My son has four of them, I have six. I sold three, swapped one for a S&W 10-8. A Glock is the Craftsman tool of the firearms world.
Just one... a 2nd gen G22. Then tried to make the switch to S&W in the form of a SW40F Sigma when they first came out... that didn't last long after needing to send it back to the mothership 3 times within first 45 days of ownership for a trigger pin that refused to stay put, and then the return spring breaking.
I've only just put my feet back into the S&W poly framed pistol pond last year with two M&P full sized pistols, a .45 & 9mm... those and the G22 will be the extent of my fantastic plastic gun inventory.
