Any Lure Collectors on the Forum?

The top lures are common and not worth a whole lot. The Heddon
and Chreek Chub lures/ boxes will be of interest to collectors.
I hesitate to put a price on them because the pricing on these
is crazy. A few years ago a Heddon lure sold for $132,000 at
auction. That's serious money for a clothes pin with hooks.

You have some very nice older lures there. I have many of the same ones incl.some much older ones that were my grandfather's. Unfortunately you don't have any that you can retire on. There are a few good sites out there that you can research old lures on. Do a google search. You should be able to come up with a few from that. Also, try the Bass Masters site for some good info.

Check ebay for pricing. I have a bunch but they don't seem to bring big bucks although you have boxes for some of yours.

I don't collect but did sell some a few years back. We were at Lake Mary near Flagstaff AZ. That lake is always shallow and in dry years a portion of it dries up. Walked out and picked up several dozen lures snagged in the dried up bottom weeds. Back home I sorted out the two dozen oldest looking and best conditioned lures. Made no attempt to ID them. Threw them up with good photos on Ebay in a no reserve auction that went to 600 dollars at close. Very heated bidding right at the end.
I figure there was at least one lure in that batch that somebody wanted REAL bad.
