I have shot a friends' M&P 10 (Texas) but I have not been able to do more than break one open and look at it in cursory fashion, rather than to do a side by side with my rifles.

I'd like to do so, to better understand the differences and get to know the rifle a bit better. I don't desire to fire them (I have my own- this is just for the learning.)

Hit me up if you are close by. I would appreciate it. Thanks, Paul.:)

Used to live in Huntington Beach, does that Count? Got sense and moved to Texas even before it fell off the left coast.

PS You will find the M&P 10 incredibly easy to understand, open and service. That's good because there is a lot of that.

Ahhh......Texas. I have my claws in a spot in Brazoria. It won't be too long for me.

I have plenty of rifles. Just want to see the specific differences between my 308's and the S&W. I have fixed 3 of them so far for guys, but each time it has been via sending me parts and not a whole rifle.
It would be nice to get to the bottom of the rifle, and see how many different little things there are which are different that make for so many issues with them. A little here, and a little there....... and that's the difference between a shooter and a paperweight.
