I only break these out in the Winter months because Summer sweat destroys and eats them up on the inside, not to mention, it also makes them stink. It's like getting a brand new watch every time you change the strap imo. Found this guy on eBay out of Vietnam, the wait is around two months, but he does beautiful craftsmanship and is totally customizable to your choice of hides.
Just a few here, but share your Winter wear.

I’ve only got 3 watches with leather straps. I do tend to wear them more in winter. I always thought it was weird when I see a 200M dive watch with a leather band. Especially if you’re in salt water.

Yeah, I prefer rubber for Dive watches, but the DiModel I posted is stamped waterproof on the back, still would look strange on a diver imo.

I prefer a bracelet most of the time. You're correct tho, hemi. Leather and "exotic skin" straps get discolored and nasty in hot weather. With the exception of a few vintage pieces, all of my bands (metal, skins or rubber) are all deployment type.

I also wear my bracelets most of the year, but really like the look of leather sometimes just for a change.

Bracelet 12 months a year. I like the clip type clasp. I am not coordinated enough to manage the straps. I like the look of the ones you posted.
lol, that's why I use a deployant clasp on all my leather.

Bracelet all the time for me.

Even after I go leather in the Winter, I find myself putting the bracelet on from time to time also, nothing like the bracelet.

A brother of mine liked my Seiko, Sportura so much he actually sold his dad's Rolex and got a slightly different model off ebay NOS, here we are wearing them in leather on cigar night.
I tried my best to talk him into keeping the Rolex, but he said he just wasn't "that" guy and felt self-conscience wearing one. Even though he's a VP at Panasonic, there ain't no pretense with Scott.

His dad's Roly before selling it, he offered it to me, but they ain't my "thang" either. All people see is that crown, most have no clue why Rolex is an iconic watch.
