Anybody recognize this holster

Bought this off auction for my Brazilian Contract and would really like to know who made it . Can not find any markings but was hoping some of the experts would recognize something about the construction or decoration that might give a clue as to who made it . As you can see there is some leather stuck in two places on the back of the holster that does not seem to be any kind of repair, could this be hiding the makers mark ? Any help appreciated .

More pictures . Doc , this is the holster needing the snap repair . Can the extra leather be removed without damaging anything that might be under it ?
