Man in a hot air balloon is lost over Ireland.
He looks down and sees a farmer in the fields and shouts down to him, “Where am I ?”
The Irish farmer looks back up and shouts back, "You can't fool me. You're in that basket up there."

The funniest balloon story was years ago in california a guy tied dozens of helium balloons to a lawn chair and took a BB pistol with him to shoot the balloons to descend. He got up and was reported by airline pilots calling in to report a guy riding in a lawn chair up here! His girlfriend recorded his takeoff on video and you could hear her yelling oh ----! as he took off. The fool lived through it too. I think when he finally came down he tangled in a high power tower line and had to be rescued. I thought it was kind of cool myself but I wouldn't have the guts to try it even if I didn't weigh 3 spins on the scale.
