I'm always made to feel all warm and fuzzy knowing that an organization that would put, was it Libya and Iran(?) on the "human rights commission" strives to be in charge of whether my Wife and I are "permitted" to have a shotgun or handgun.
Anyone paying attention knew this was going to happen. Barry O is a gun banner. He can't get it through the heavily controlled Democrap Congress. This is a good route for him. He can claim that the eventual gun ban wasn't his fault. Good Luck. Those blue, UN helmets will make good aim points.

This sort of thing went on as well, during the Clinton Administration. Naturally a world wide anti small arms treaty has wide support among the “progressives”. Barack probably would sign anything along these lines that would help keep the liberal money rolling into the reelection coffers.
Hillary and BHO can agree to all of the schedules they want with the UN and other non-governmental organizations (NGOs) but it will not get the job done. Despite what Hillary and BHO might think, their signatures on some schedule does not make it happen. They do the same thing with the Anthropogenic Climate Change Wackos, that is string them along. BHO would like you to believe that we are committed to reducing our CO2 output by 80% in 2050, our is it 100% in 2060???
But when the Dems can lose Massachusetts, they can certainly lose other states as well and they know it.
Too many Dem. Senators would lose their seats if BHO tried to get something along these lines approved.
That does not mean relax, it means that this is not an immediate threat.
