I'm not good hearted, I don't do a lot of estate work, but I am a lawyer so here goes. Domestic law and the laws pertaining to estates are particulatly state creatures so I would not count on any advice unless it came from a lawyer familiar with YOUR state's laws. Now if you lived in Lafayette, LOUISIANA instead of Lafayette TN I might be able to help you. Besides-with the pajority of my clientelle, "Estate" means the doublewide and the 1990 KIA and heirs mean house children as well as yard children
