Are these Smiths still considered antiques?

Posted in this thread was the list below from 1970 indicating which early S&W model frames were made prior to 1899, making them Antiques.

Is anyone aware of any more recent information that calls these into question?

Note, for example, all New Mod. #3 .38 WCF and all DA .38 WCF models.
