Makes a lot of sense. It looks like the width of the grip, is increased, which might be a plus, to reduce felt recoil (Airweights, Airlights, etc.)

Lengthened grip also, maybe not so good.

Any first hand reviews of these grips? Ive seen a few sold on gun auction and gunbroker but no reviews by members. I dont trust magazines for honest reviews.

You guys are right. Ares business practices questionable. Thanks

Sounds like a gimmick.....kind of like those Duel Duty grips that held 6 rounds in the butt.

Well I installed a set on my 442 with the Tyler T Grip and guess what I like um. They fit my hand perfect and my little finger has something to hold on to. They don't add a lot of bulk and length to the grip either. It can't hurt having 4 extra rounds with the gun. Even without the extra ammo I like them. If you are wondering about the weight the new grips , T Grip, clipdraw, 8 rounds of ammo and the Titainem cylinder I installed on the gun the total is 16.8oz. Not bad. They seem to be well made. The hing plate and lock are positive and they don't feel like cheap plastic like some others.
That's my take on it.
Mike

Where are you finding these?

This and that new wedge shaped "Ergo grip" look interesting, although I've gotten so used to just carrying a speed strip.

Why 8 rounds? 1 full reload and 3 extra?
