As a long time FFL and full time proponent of the Second Amendment, I refuse to turn my business into another cash cow for this Government's way to finance the war on our rights.
Effective as of this date, I will offer FREE transfers of firearms between citizens of the State of Arizona.
I ask that all fellow FFLs in the State of Arizona do the same, anything less is an infringement upon our rights and will do nothing more than line the pockets of those that would disarm us.

You sir are a gentleman and a scholar! I live in Mesa and don't get to Florence often, when I do I would like to shake your hand. If all other FFL's would take this stance it would make life simpler. Unfortunately, most will complain and take the money, probably raising their fees. I shoot at Rio Salado in matches several times a month and I will pass this on.

Aww man, you can always buy me a beer!
Other than that, you can always meet us for a kewl class 3 shoot every Monday, usually there are MP5s, M16's and all sorts of suppressors out and about.

I don't think he said he would do free transfers from out of state purchases... he specifically said "I will offer FREE transfers of firearms between citizens of the State of Arizona."

If it comes down to that, I will be you new best buddy (when I'm in the area).

I commend you, sir!

I don't know if you incur any costs in doing a transfer (like, do you have to pay for the forms, or incur long distance charges to call them in, etc) and I don't think anyone would fault you for doing a transfer at cost...in fact, I would say that just breaking even would be extremely generous!

Why would residents of AZ need an FFL to do a transfer?

Obama's new Executive order #6:
Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers."

I don't know if you incur any costs in doing a transfer (like, do you have to pay for the forms, or incur long distance charges to call them in, etc)

Naw, BATFE provides 4473 forms for free, and I have unlimited long distance, the only thing it cost me is about 10 minutes time.
