There's a new article and video posted today on Wired about the captioned handgun titled "Anybody Can Fire This 'Locked' Smart Gun With $15 Worth of Magnets". In NRA's Nov 12, 2015 test of this German made, $1,500 smart gun, they asked the question: "How easy is it to hack the RFID connection to the pistol?" Looks like the answer has been found out.
It's an interesting read and the six and a half minute video is a worthwhile view. Link follows:
