ASP Key Defender - Massachusetts

Hi,
I am not very familiar with the laws regarding pepper spray and was hoping to get a quick guide on the do's and don'ts in Massachusetts - more specifically where I can't carry it. Even more focused..can i keep it on my key chain when I go to Fenway next week? Thanks!

I am not sure what Mass. law reads now but in the '80s mace fell under the requirement of a fire arm permit..Violation was a mandatory 1 year. not sure if pepper falls in that category. In my view unless your illegal find another state to visit. J.

You're supposed to have a MA license to carry spray here. (Ridiculous, I know, but is MA.) Fenway and other sites will run a wand over you, so I wouldn't even carry a pocket knife or multitool. Think TSA. And I don't worry about my personal security in the park. I worry about the defending world champions who can't seem to score a man from third with no outs.

I think you can carry it in Fenway Park as long as you spray it on your hot dog.
