Pressure your state lawmakers to enact laws similar to that here in Wyoming. These make it a state felony to enforce any Federal gun control law more onerous than the status quo and forbid local and state law enforcement cooperation.

Beside the list of sponsors I found the first line in the bill most disturbing

to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited

I don't know about you but "shall not be infringed" seems clear to me. Is it my imagination or does this run completely contrary to the 2nd amendment?

Unfortunately even Justice Scalia, one of the most gun friendly of the supremes and a strict constitutionalist, is on the record saying that no right is absolute including the 2nd amendment.

Every time I see something like this I have a physical reaction. A boiling blood type of anxiety feeling. Doctors are no help. The only thing that really helps is buying the next thing on my list which I just checked and the next one down is a wooden stock Ruger 5816 (Mini-14). Maybe I'll be better tomorrow.
