I picked up some brass at the local LEO range and in it were some odd looking 9mm brass. They are in steel cases and headstamped PORBIFDA 9mm PAK. They are in steel cases with green plastic tips that have been split into 4 leaves. It has a top crimp like a blank. Does anyone know what these may be? Thanks.
