I hate leaving negative feedback and only do so if I feel someone has done more than simply backed out of a deal.
I posted up an UltraDot scope that user "babarracing" PMd me to buy. We worked out a price and I marked it sold.
To make a long story short, 2+ weeks after agreeing to buy, and a couple "you wouldn't believe this..." type stories and he still hasn't sent payment. His stated reason is having been "preoccupied".
His latest PM did offer to complete the sale, but I declined...Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, Shame on me.
Just FYI when dealing with this user.
