Is the Baby Rock .380 accurate? You tell me. 14 shots, 10 yards, standing two-hand hold. 7shots Tula 91 gr. FMJ, 7 shots Winchester 95 gr. JHP. The outliers are all Tula.

Benched or freehand? Either way I think you got him.

Remind me, is the Baby Rock blowback or locked breech.

Standing, freehand. The Baby Rock is a blowback, although I have seen it wrongly described as a locked breech. Yet, it's soft-shooting, very much like the larger, lighter, plastic-framed, locked-breech Browning. This comes from the fact that it's about 6 oz. heavier.

P.S. In addition to being lighter, the Browning was priced $290 higher.

If your POA was around the top of the x-ring, then by definition, yes.

As far as precision goes, I leave what's acceptable to the individual.

Mine shoots to point of aim at 10 yards with 90 gr XTPs - standing two hands.

It's not match grade accuracy and my 2 1/2" S&W 66 will print a 1 ragged hole group at that same range, but it's acceptable accuracy for a self defense pistol.

You're lucky you found one. They're very popular and often prove elusive to most who want one.

Not that you need to, but if you get a chance try some Hornady 90 gr. FTX Critical Defense. I fired only one magazine-full yesterday at 10 yards, but 6 went in to one ragged hole with the seventh pulled maybe 1/8" left.

I found mine listed as "in stock" at Sportsman's Warehouse in a city 50 miles away. I had to go there the next day for business anyway, so after my work appointment was over I stopped in at SW and told the counterman I wanted to see the Baby Rock. "Oh," he said, "we don't have one. Can't seem to get any." So I said, "Well, how about that one hanging on the wall behind you?" He was sort of flabbergasted to see it!

I should add this for comparison purposes. The group in this picture is from the Kimber Micro using the same load.
