I am not aware of a Model 25 with the skinny barrel. The Model 25-5 has the Target barrel. Which dash number are you talking about?

I can supply numbers for Model 25-2, Model 25-5, Model 1917, Model 1950 Army, and Model 1950 Target. If any of those would help you, let me know.

There are several Model 25s/625s that were made with tapered barrels

Thank you. I concentrate so much on the ACP side of things, I tend to miss other Models.

The two Mountain Guns I am familiar with, both 4”.

The next is one of the Hertigae pieces?

I have no idea what the next revolver is. Please help me on that one. Is it the same revolver in the last image?

Yes, I believe so, the Heritage Series could be had with a case colored frame, (Turnbull), or a blued frame? course 44 special would be better, lol. Lovely guns, and thanks for posting. Billy

Thanks Kevin, gorgeous revolvers, especially those with longer barrels. BTW, are firing pins on the frame?

Yeah, I would need just OD on muzzle end of M25 in 45 Colt. And, as I mentioned, also on models M24/624.

If my idea ever comes to fruition, the end result will be custom, slim, octagonal, barrel for some DA revolvers. But, this will be a long shot.

Yes the next two revolvers are both from the Heritage Series one is in the blue finish and one is in the color case hardened finish.

All four of these revolvers pictured were also available as 45 ACP revolvers

There was also a full lug model 25 revolver chambered for the 45 Long Colt cartridge. This was a distributor exclusive, but I can't remember for whom, it was called the Rocky Mountain Ram. It had a stainless steel cylinder kind of giving it almost a semi pinto look

I had a line on one of these a few years ago from a chain of stores going out of business, but it had to be transferred down from the Jacksonville store and when the manager went to approve the transfer and saw what the closeout price was he bought it himself. So I never got to acquire one of those
