Barrel Rifling Question for 10 mm Owners

I saw an add here for a 1076 that appeared to have a barrel with left-handed rifling. Not being able to find a spec sheet on these pistols I'm wondering if all the Smith 10s had LH twist barrels.

Any of you 10 mm owners, or overall Smith experts, know? I'm particularly interested in the 1026 and 1076 models.
